Stitchat is a SAAS platform that tailors and boutiques can use to manage their daily business activities. We work in a market with a high concentration of fashion designers, retailers, and tailors.

All stakeholders (dressmakers, manufacturing units, fabric units, fashion accessory units, institutions, etc.) will be connected through this platform, which will serve as a one-stop shop for them to easily sell their services within this ecosystem. With the help of smart and sophisticated digital tools, we hope to disrupt the market for custom clothing and improve the ecosystem.

The Stitchat App allows businesses to keep track of their daily operations, including inventory monitoring, order management, customer management, waste management, social media management, broadcasting, reports, and many other things.

New users can register themselves by signing in with their mobile number. Registration can be done with the help of an agent or else boutique can do self-registration by using the option reflected on the screen.

This is the last step for the registration procedure, where the boutiques must complete the process by entering the OTP number sent to their registered mobile number by accepting the terms & conditions, and click on verify.

Now the registration process is completed and this screen is the Dashboard page of the STITCHAT APP

Dashboard

This is the dashboard for alteration app of brand outlet users where users can book for alteration or stitching.

Alter Items

If user wants to book for alteration and click on the "Book Alteration" menu then this screen appears.In this the user needs to enter the basic details like Bill ID,number,item(s),delivery time & date etc and then submit for alteration.

Book for Stitching

If user wants to book for Stitching and click on the "Book Stitching" menu then this screen appearsIn this the user needs to enter the basic details like name,number,item(s),address,delivery time & date etc and then submit for stitching.

Order Creation

In this step the order is created succefully with its unique order id for its identification purpose.

Alteration History

User can view their past orders or recent orders in alteration history page.

Order

Users can track their orders and view the order details by clicking on the particular order.
